Applications for Connection to Utilities
The Application for Connection forms allow the Port of Seattle to assess the impacts of additional services/loads on airport systems, identify the point of connection, reserve the point of connection for approved service/loads, establish and maintain configuration control of the system, and plan for long-term system development to meet the needs of STIA. An approved application for connection is required before any connection or installation to a utility system is made.
- Communications
Systems
- Application to connect to all communications infrastructure other than radio
frequency (excludes tenant-owned infrastructure in tenant-leased spaces that
are not connected to Port-owned infrastructure or routed through Port-owned
spaces)
- Electrical
Systems
- Application for connections, load additions, or modifications to the airport
electrical distribution, lighting, or emergency power systems
- Industrial
Waste Systems
- Application for connections, load additions or modifications to the Industrial
Wastewater System at STIA
- Mechanical
Systems
- Application for connections, load additions or modifications to airport mechanical
systems including heating/ventilation/air conditioning (HVAC), chilled water,
hot water and condenser water systems
- Natural Gas System
- Application for connections, load additions (MBH, CFH), or modifications to
the STIA gas distribution system to CTE, B or C Concourse, or the North
Satellite. (A and D Concourse gas is obtained directly from Puget Sound
Energy).
- Radio Frequency Systems Application
- Radio Frequency Instruction Sheet
- Application for installation of any radio frequency system or equipment at any location at STIA. The applicable frequency range is 3KHz to 300 KHz.
- Sanitary Waste Systems
- Application for connections, load additions or modifications to the STIA sanitary waste system
- Storm Drain Systems
- Application for connections, load additions, or modifications to the STIA storm drainage system
- Water Systems
- Application for connections, load additions, or modifications to the STIA water distribution system including irrigation, domestic water and fire suppression
