Meeting Room Request

Thank you for your interest in Sea-Tac Airport's Conference Center. Rooms are available for hourly or daily rental, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time). The Conference Center is closed on holidays.

Payment for Service
When your reservation request is confirmed, you will be asked to provide credit card information to hold the reservation. Full payment is due seven days prior to your meeting. American Express, Visa or MasterCard are the only forms of payment accepted for Conference Center use. We are sorry we cannot accommodate other credit cards or other forms of payment at this time.

Cleanup Policy: The caterer or meeting organizer is responsible for food and beverage cleanup immediately following the meeting.

Catering Deliveries: The airport has very specific requirements for deliveries. If you are using a non-airport catering firm, please inform your caterer that they must arrange delivery through the Conference Center Coordinator.
