Terminal 46

Terminal 46 is located on the southeast side of Elliot Bay, just south of downtown Seattle and just north of the the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway’s Seattle Intermodal Gateway rail yard.

The Port recently completed a $70 million upgrade and expansion of the terminal and a new lease was signed with Total Terminals International (TTI) and Hanjin. The lease agreement ensures that TTI and Hanjin will remain there until 2015 and perhaps as long as 2025.
